Are you fully Halal-certified?

All delivery orders made online are fulfilled strictly only at our Halal-certified kitchens/outlets. Our new kitchens or outlets in the process of Halal certification do not use ingredients which contain pork or lard products.

How many sets of disposable cutlery will be given for Party Sets?

The number of sets of disposable cutlery (forks, spoons and plates) provided will be equivalent to the number of persons the order is for. An additional set of cutlery, which includes 1 pair of tongs, 1 sharing fork, 1 sharing spoon, napkins, 20 biodegradable spoons, 20 biodegradable forks, 20 biodegradable plates and 2 garbage bags, can be purchased at S$12.00 per set.

How do I place an order?

Please visit https://www.chickyfun.com.sg/ to place an order. You may wish to create an account with us for simpler and quicker ordering in future.

How much does delivery cost?

A minimum order of S$30.00 will be required for delivery to an address within the Central Business District of Singapore, and a minimum order of S$50.00 will be required for delivery to some addresses near or within the Changi Airport or Tuas regions. We regret that we would be unable to deliver to certain addresses near or within the Changi Airport or Tuas regions.

Other than the above, a minimum order of S$25.00 will be required for delivery to any other address with a postal code within mainland Singapore.

Delivery is free of charge once the relevant minimum order amount is fulfilled, subject to any other fees as may be provided on our website from time to time.

For avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to any islands or addresses outside of the main island of Singapore, including but not limited to Sentosa, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong and Saint John’s Island.

How do I make payment?

We accept payment via the following platforms / payment methods:

  • Paynow to our UEN 199405076NU01;
  • Paylah via QR code;
  • Bank transfer to UOB current account no. 450-311-350-8;
  • Alipay;
  • Wechat pay;
  • Grabpay; or
  • Mastercard, Visa, Amex and UnionPay credit card or debit card.

Can I get an official receipt for my company?

Yes, we can provide an official receipt, which will be generated upon our confirmation of your full payment for your order.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?

Orders for lunch and dinner on any day (whether weekday or weekend) for any item (except for “Party Favourites” excluding Chicken Rice, Steamed Chicken, Roasted Chicken, Chicken Char Siew, Lemon Chicken Cutlet, Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Oyster Sauce Hong Kong Choy Sum) will be based on timeslot availability.

Orders for breakfast (for collection or delivery during 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.) or for “Party Favourites” (except for Chicken Rice, Steamed Chicken, Roasted Chicken, Chicken Char Siew, Lemon Chicken Cutlet, Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Oyster Sauce Hong Kong Choy Sum) have to be for a minimum of S$30.00 and made latest by 3.30 p.m. on the day before the date of collection or delivery.

We strongly recommend that you place your order earlier if you require delivery during peak hours or peak periods like public holidays or festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya or Christmas to avoid disappointment.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you, which would usually be shortly after you make payment for your order, unless we contact you to amend or modify your order.

Can I add on, modify or change my order after placing it?

Yes, you can do so if you inform us of such changes/cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of collection/delivery subject to any applicable cancellation charges. For assistance, kindly email us at sales@chickyfun.com or drop us a message on WhatsApp at +65 9642 8727.

The delivered food looks different from the items I ordered.

While we endeavour to fulfil every order made or confirmed in accordance with the specifications in the order, we may be unable to meet certain specifications due to unforeseen circumstances or shortages and reserve the right to replace the ingredients and flavours in an order with a reasonable equivalent or substitute at any time.

Please also note that photographs and images used in our menu are for illustrative purposes only and may vary or differ from the actual products.

What are the terms of use of promotional codes?

Promotional codes are subject to the validity period and terms of redemption and in certain cases, may only be used once per order made. We reserve the right to void, discontinue or reject the use of any promotional code without prior notice to you. The promotional codes may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or other vouchers. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

What is your delivery schedule like?

Online delivery is available daily at the following delivery time slots:

Breakfast: 8.00 a.m. – 10.00 a.m.
Lunch: 11.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.
Dinner: 5.30 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

The time slot you have selected is likely to be unavailable as we have reached our maximum delivery capacity for such time slot. You may choose another time slot or if you require further assistance, kindly email us at sales@chickyfun.com.

Wrong Orders, Refunds or Cancellations

I need to cancel my order at the last minute. What are your cancellation charges?

For cancellations which are made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours prior to delivery time slot, a fee equal to 50% of your total order will be charged with the remaining amount to be refunded to you as soon as as reasonable practicable. We will endeavour process any approved refund via bank transfer to the customer’s preferred bank account within 7 working days.

For cancellations which are made more less than 24 hours prior to delivery time slot, a fee equal to 100% of your total order will be charged.

Other than the above, no refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendment of an order is applicable once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent to you.
