Are you Halal-certified?

We use no pork, lard or alcohol and all our ingredients are Halal-certified, but we are not Halal-certified.

Do you provide utensils and cutlery?

We provide a suitable number of cutleries and plates with our cake orders on request.

How long can your products last for and how should I store them?

Our products are freshly prepared with no artificial preservatives, refer to the info below for recommended best before dates:

CAKES: Please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of collection.

COOKIES & TARTS: Can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Best before date is printed on label and is usually within 15-18 days of collection.

Do you products contain nuts, gluten or other allergens?

Our products are prepared in a kitchen with products that may contain nuts, gluten, eggs and diary. And maybe also contain ingredients which include nuts, gluten, eggs and diary.

Are you products suitable for vegetarians?

Our products usually include Butter and Eggs, and may not be suitable for some vegetarians.

Ordering and Payment

Can I get an official receipt?

Yes, we can provide an official receipt, which will be generated upon our confirmation of your full payment for your order.

How do I make payment?

We accept payment via the following platforms / payment methods:

  • Paynow to our UEN 199405076NU02;
  • PayLah via QR code;
  • Bank transfer to UOB current account no. 450-311-350-8;
  • Alipay;
  • Wechat pay;
  • Grabpay; or
  • Mastercard, Visa, Amex and UnionPay credit card or debit card.

How do I place an order?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you, which would usually be shortly after you make payment for your order, unless we contact you to amend or modify your order.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?

We usually require a 3 day lead time to prepare the freshest possible product for you (Cut off at 4pm). For orders above $500, we may follow up with you on a more suitable delivery date.

How much does delivery cost?

We have a minimum order of $50.00 with $25.00 delivery fee for mainland Singapore.

For orders above $200.00, delivery is free.

We typically deliver Mondays to Sundays,10am to 7pm.

Wrong Orders, Refunds or Cancellations

I need to cancel my order, what do I do?

For cancellations which are made at least 48 hours prior to delivery time slot, refunds will be made at our discretion. We will process any approved refund via bank transfer to the customer’s preferred bank account within 10 working days.

Other than the above, no refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendment of an order is applicable once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent to you.
