What information do we collect?

Consent

1. Providing Consent

   When you provide us with Personal Data to verify your Card, place an Order, arrange for a delivery or otherwise perform a transaction using the Website, you are deemed to consent to our collecting of such Personal Data and using it for that specific reason. If your Personal Data is required for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either seek your express confirmation or provide you with an opportunity to decline.

2. Withdrawal of Consent

3. When you provide us with any Personal Data:

   a.	you represent and warrant that (i) each individual (including yourself) whose Personal Data has been provided, has been notified of the Purposes for which it will be collected, processed, used or disclosed and (ii) such individual’s consent for our collection, processing, use and disclosure of such Personal Data has been obtained and authorised by such individual;
   b.	you shall notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any withdrawal by any individual of his/her consent under paragraph (a) above, and acknowledge that such withdrawal of consent may affect the Services which we are able to provide to you; and
   c.	you shall ensure at all times that all such Personal Data is correct, accurate and complete, and that any consent under paragraph (a) above shall, subject to all applicable laws and regulations, survives death, incapacity, bankruptcy or insolvency of any such individual, the termination or expiration of any Account and the cessation of use of the Services.

What do we do with your information?

1. From time to time, we may collect your Personal Data and transfer and store the same on our servers (and such Personal Data shall be subject to any terms and conditions applicable thereto). We may use or disclose the Personal Data for the following purposes (the Purposes):

Third-Party Services

1. The third-party providers engaged by us may collect, use and disclose Personal Data to allow them to perform the services provided to us. We do not disclose your Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use unless we have obtained your express consent to do so and pursuant to executing confidentiality agreements with such unaffiliated third parties. We require all third-party providers engaged by us to respect the security of Personal Data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

2. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, may have their own privacy policies in respect to the Personal Data we are required to provide to them for Orders. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your Personal Data may be handled by these providers, as your Personal Data may become subject to laws of the jurisdictions in which those providers are located in.

3. We shall not be liable for any loss or issue in the event you are redirected to any third-party website or application from our Website.
